STEP 1 — Create Your Account
Sign up with your company details.
This gives you access to view Labourers, make bookings, manage confirmations, and track past bookings.
STEP 2 — Choose the Right Labourer
Choose verified Labourers by:
Experience (Starter, Pro, Lead) - Tickets (First Aid, Traffic/Fire Marshall etc) - Skills
STEP 3 — Submit Booking Request
Submit request by confirming :
Type of work - Start time - Duration (days, weeks, ongoing)
Labourer Hourly rate will be based on experience visible in the booking page as per below :
Starter: £14.99/hr - Pro: £17.99/hr - Lead: £19.99/hr
STEP 4 — Labourer Confirms Availability
Once Booking has been submitted:
- Labourer receives the request
- They confirm their availability
STEP 5 — Work Begins On Site
Once confirmed, Labourer arrives on time and ready to support your site operations.
STEP 6 — Timesheet Approval & Payment
At the end of the shift or week:
- Labourer submits timesheet for approval including payment details
- Client pay Labourers directly under the CIS scheme
Payments should typically be completed within 7 days of approved hours.
Replacements or Refunds
If a Labourer cancels or if there’s a genuine issue:
- We arrange a replacement
- Or refund your booking fee
